High speed progressive cutting dies
Each piece of equipment, from high-speed carbide dies to the most complicated progressive dies with deep-drawing stations, integrated threading, assembly of two components during the blanking phase, is designed and manufactured with the care and quality criteria that have distinguished us since 1949 and is equipped with all the necessary electronic or electromechanical safety systems to guarantee its durability over time, even when working in a fully automatic cycle.

Modular molds and prototypes
Ahead of its time since the 1970s, GI-FE has specialised in the manufacture of modular punching tools.
When the type of products and production batches allow it, they make it possible to obtain several versions of products in the same mould and at the same time to optimise version changes with a very low cost incidence.
In order to ensure that the customer’s component is able to meet production requirements, we are able to supply prototypes made using different technologies to allow the necessary tests to be conducted.
